I came with my two young boys and the service would not have been worse. In fact my waitress is probably to blame. Firstly, it took a WHILE for the server to take my order (understandable). Once she arrived, she quickly took my order and took off without asking if we wanted something to drink. When the food arrived, it did not for one of my boys. Eventually, after I asked two other servers for my kids food, our server arrived and said I didnt order anything for my boy (why wouldnt I ). I reminded her of his order and she took off again. I then had to ask another server to bring drinks for the boys. Our waitress eventually came back to place my to-go order on the table with no utensils/condiments. She took my credit card and left. After waiting for some time, I got up to request ketchup and paid at the cashiers booth. I gave a 10% tip, which was at that point generous given the unfortunate poor experience I had. I felt invisible with my two boys there. The food and atmosphere were good, but the service really matters, especially in a place that has great reviews.
