    Wow it was the most amazing time at the vineyard. I went with my daughter in-law for a weekend away. What a beautiful surrounding and a great way to get to know my new daughter in-law.

    Booked a 12pm session and they cancelled on me at 5am. With no warning. I woke up at 9 to a cancellation email and some overly positive message to find something else to do instead. Extremely disappointing at I set this up as surprise anniversary activity and now have NOTHING for the entire day because I woke up on the DAY OF, to a cancellation. *update* I reached out Saturday and Sunday as well. Its not my fault Monday was the day I finally got through to the company. Also, if they agreed to make it happen, no offense, but no matter the time crunch, they agreed. They could have said no but instead they agreed. So yes, of course I expected it to work no matter the 24 hour notice, since again, they agreed. I had to resort to emailing them because the Viatour message never popped up and only came as an email. When I tried to reply to that specific email, the address was invalid. I had to call viatour back and get the business email which I still sent a message to with yet was met with no reply. Viatour also helped me reach out again this morning and was directly sent to voicemail and 3 times they called.

Hi Shila, I received a request to book an event yesterday afternoon (less than 24 hrs before the event)and I, personally, responded immediately to the request via messaging through the Viator app which you tried to book on. I asked two important questions that needed to be answered for us to confirm the booking but received no response. Viator actually “expired” the request in the middle of the night. I’m sorry for your experience. We did everything we could to make this happen and reached out multiple times through the Viator portal but never got a response.Update: I'm sorry to hear about your experience--that sounds very frustrating. This is the only our second experience working with Viator, but it looks like they have quite a few issues and we might decide not to list our activities with them anymore after your feedback. All of the issues you faced were with Viator, not our company. They did reach out to me on Monday in the afternoon and I answered the call and told them that they could have the client (you) send a request for me to review. They cannot "agree" on my behalf. I'm sorry that this was your experience, but truly, you should be leaving a review with Viator. If you had wanted to book an experience with us, we could have done that directly with you. We book them all the time and have never had any issues with booking. I understand your frustration--it was also frustrating on our end because we were making plans for the event but never heard back so we weren't sure whether to load the car or not etc. There was quite a lack in communication. They did not reach out to us today except for one call at noon (when the event was supposed to start). We were not contacted AT ALL but Viator until yesterday afternoon (tuesday). I'm sorry but we have literally no control over their company. It is basically like AirBNB experiences. Vendors list their services on it and we have to rely on them to communicate your requests to us. Unfortunately, that didn't happen. We would have loved to have painted with you today.
