It was the EXTREMELY POOR customer service, leading up to the work of providing a new electrical panel since Justin Macklin informed me that I havean obsolete and dangerous panel that motivates me to write a one star review. Two days ago I called to schedule while seeking a transfer switch because PGE is offering $1000 rebates on generators powerful enough to run a pump so that when the expected PGE power outages happen there will be water running in homes with wells, toilets will flush, dishes can be done and the swamp cooler will cool the houses. When Summer called back she told me immediately and repeatedly that I would need to pay a second time for a permit because the 6 month permit allowance had expired . This was not true. I found out the truth by going online to check to see for myself and it expires in September. When I called back with that fact, Summer took no responsibility, instead saying Justin cancelled the permit and the job without informing me. When I contacted Justin himself to tell him my side, sensing Summer misrepresented me as I knew she had misrepresented the truth about the permit and asking Justin to reconsider doing the work, Justin said Summer was an "amazing officer manager", "We are extremely busy and need to prioritize our current active jobs", " We are declining your job" , , "stop badgering us" and "have a great life", it is apparent that the person I first met is not the professional person I thought he was. The recent words and actions are not only unprofessional, but have repeatedly expressed an unacceptable version of customer service. Geez Louise !
