Central Heating and Air

Took service people 4 service calls to finally figure out the oil burning furnace's filter was way clogged. On the second visit I suggested he check the filter. He blew me off saying those last a long time, we don't need to check it. Poor poor service. Paid for four service calls to get a simple fix. Will never call again for help.

We had them install our heater n had to call them back out because half of the heating unit was hanging off the middle of the main unit n we Didnt realize this because we never go under the house so of course we lost a lot of propane etc. Then a part had to be ordered but it took 3 people to determine what the issue was n when I spoke to the service manager I was told that the reason for this is that the unit we ordered(one that they had recommended) they no longer support or recommend(which was just a year before that they recommended it to us). Now are unit once again is blowing cold air n keep in mind this is a AirBnB rental unit so having no heat is unexceptable. P.S. I forgot to mention that during g one of these ordeals I had a renter come in n Central Heat said that they'd Bri g in temporary heat units which ended up flooding our entire dining n living room.

I have used this company several times without any disappointment. The staff are top notch and are professional at all times. I have used them for general servicing, troubleshooting, the ordering and obtaining of various parts, and recently a complete replacement of an HVAC unit and ducting at my personal residence. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to my family and friends.
