        I'm a long time customer of Mancini's and came back to buy a new mattress and had a terrible experience with the poor salesmanship of Elias at the Los Gatos location, after 30 days I went in and a nice gentleman named Larry took over 2 hours showing me beds and having me test each out carefully and not rushed he even suggested rolling on my sides and staying there a little longer to test the beds. I settled on a much higher quality and priced mattress and then now came back to Larry in Capitola to buy a new box spring now. As before he was very nice , informative and patient and explained my opinions. You have a great employee in Larry who takes pride in his treatment of customers and likes the company he works for !! My kudos to you folks, James Solie

        We love Ryan! The whole experience was fun. No pressure and very helpful. We even bought 2 recliner chairs we did not really need. But hey, we could sleep anywhere now
