It's truly difficult to put in words what a phenomenal asset Katie Keeler is to the Santa Cruz real estate community. My husband and I worked with Katie for both buying and selling (simultaneously!), and she exceeded our expectations every single day. We bought our first home via an off-market sale, so this was our first true real estate experience and we absolutely could not have done it without Katie! From the moment we met with her to discuss the possibility of selling, to the close of escrow, we always felt like we were Katie's top priority. Not only is Katie warm and approachable, but she also consistently blew us away with her responsiveness.
