We met Cheri about 10 years ago when we were looking for a house. She was very helpful and knowledgeable and was able to find us a wonderful house. We are using her again in the sale of the house now 10 years later. She is wonderful person as well as a professional realtor. I would highly recommend her!

Cheri Nilsson is a great person and exceptional realtor. She recently helped me buy a home in Santa Cruz. I was living on the other side of the country so had to completely rely on her to tend to all the details and she did. She stayed in regular touch with me, and kept me informed along the way. I purchased the home from an 83 year old woman, and Cheri was kind and patient with her. The seller didnt do email or text, and Cheri would explain things to her while representing me (while wearing a mask and being distanced!). Im no pro at home buying so Cheri had to explain the process to me. I appreciated that she walked me through the steps of purchasing, patiently explained terms to me, and answered all my questions. I appreciated her honesty and transparency. Now that I own the home and moved here, Cheri stopped in to welcome me to town. And shes been helpful after the purchase, with recommendations and offering resources. I cant say enough good about her! I highly recommend Cheri Nilsson.
