We had a leak coming from our ceiling. Needless to say, I was freaking out. Called several plumbers but the office manager was so kind and understanding. I had them come out to rectify the issue. Rafael came in and accessed the job within minutes. He was able to repair it within the hour. I will continue to use and recommend them. Thank you once again!

Back in early June I noticed that our back flow had a leak. So, I checked with the person who does our back flow testing and he sent me a list of those he thought would be good to do the repair. I followed up on a few of those and I was able to get four different quotes. We decided to go with Santa Cruz pipe fitters. #-1 They didnt charge me a fee to stop by and give me an estimate. #-2 Aly, was the person who came out to take a look and see what needed to be done. Not only was he professional but he was also down to earth and easy to talk with. After he was done, he said he would call to let me know when they would get out here to do the work and how long our water would be shut down. This gave us a chance to prepare for the day as our water would be turned off. The workers who showed up were Jose junior and hector. They did a fantastic job. What was supposed to be a two-day job actually turned out to be just a one-day job. They were thorough and took the time to check with me and any concerns I might have. If anyone out there ever needs plumbing, make sure to call Santa Cruz pipe fitters and let them come out and inspect the problem. I can assure you using them will be a great choice. Called by management company to solve failed sump pump.came out Thursday and found failed sump pump:failed to keep Friday appt.Did not return calls Friday ,Saturday or Sunday .On Monday major storm flooded all three garages causing major damage. Called again by management company and only then came back to replace pump. Now have a water mitigation service to determine how many thousands of dollars to solve situation. This is the most irresponsible company Ive ever used and reading some Yelp reviews find that hey have done this before, Services: Drain cleaning, Sump pump repair
