        This place is medicine for the mind, body, and soul. Hiking amongst the Redwoods, spinning the prayer wheels, nourishing vegetarian meals. It's my little piece of heaven tucked away (but not too far away) in the forest.

        This is always our go to place for a relaxing time, weather its a day trip here or we stay in This is a Buddhist retreat center in the mountain foothills and is so peaceful to hike in the woods as we soak in all the natures goodness here
