        I am a sole proprietor and I've worked with many tax accountants over the years. Peggy is by far my favorite. Not only does she do great work, she is super friendly, kind, and a pleasure to talk to. I just drop my taxes off this morning and left with a huge smile.

      RW B, thank you but we don't know who you are...can you please identify yourself by contacting us. Your complaint doesn't make sense because our insurance will cover any penalties and/or late filing fee that were the fault of one of our preparers.
