Someone from the company called to confirm this class and I read to her what was on the certificate with was a heart saver class and she said ok.
Showed up at class which was not the same as the online portion taken.
Called NIHE and they DENIED refunding My money.
ROBBERY.
They said it was my mistake and that she wouldnt refund anything!! Asked to speak with the owner Linnea and was told she wasnt interested in speaking to me!!!
