Nelly's Bridal Boutique

This review has been long due I cannot say enough how amazing my experience was at Nelly's bridal store. I made a super last minute appointment after visiting David's bridal and not liking any dresses in my budget. I called a bunch of bridal stores near me but none of them had dresses in my budget. I sent an email to Nelly and she immediately replied back to me and confirmed my appointment for next day. I went in not expecting too much but was immediately greeted by sweet and welcoming Yvonne. Nelly arrived at the store shortly and they both hand picked all dresses for me based on my vision. I told them clearly what my budget was and they were very understanding of it. From the very first dress I put on I could feel the difference in the quality of dresses I immediately fell in love with every single dress I tried on. Yvonne helped me try all the dresses and was so patient even if I wanted to try some dresses multiple times. Nelly was so great she knew the exact type of dresses I would like she helped me pair them with beautiful veils and guided me through the whole process. I'm happy to say I walked out of the store with a dress of my dreams!! Nelly really worked with me on the price as well and it was within my budget. Nelly and Yvonne are an amazing team, best customer service I've ever received at a store and I literally felt like they were my family members helping me find a dress of my dreams. I did not feel pressured at all. I recommend this place for any bride who is looking for someone to help her, be patient with her, work with her and overall make her enjoy this whole experience rather than it being an anxiety inducing event. If you are looking for a dress for your wedding or bridesmaids don't think twice go here and you'll find everything you need!!

I prayed the night before coming here for God to help me find a dress especially because my date is June 17, 2023 and my last bridal appointment was not it. And God brought me here, honestly I had a blast at this store. The third dress I had fallen in love, I said it was the one. The hospitality that came with this boutique A1 and I got to even work with the owner herself, Nelly! Her and her workers are dedicated and def hype women. I am beyond grateful for Nelly and her team. I pray that God flourishes her business. An amazing and beautiful boutique I am recommending to anybody who needs to go bridal shopping to go here ASAP!

This was my first stop when wedding dress shopping, and it was such a positive experience! I was easily able to book an appointment via e-mail. Ivonne helped me and was so attentive and kind! She really made the experience wonderful. She was very calm and encouraging. I'm realizing now how lucky I was to have come here first, after hearing how pushy other bridal shops can be. Ivonne gave me tons of insights into what options I would have with different designers and gave me the info for the dresses I tried on that day so that I would have them for reference. I really think this place is an underrated gem on the Peninsula and encourage brides-to-be to check it out.

I came in on January 7th and I was very nervous and apprehensive about finding my wedding dress. Well, let me tell you, I would give them 200 stars if I could.  Everyone in the shop is amazing!  I had the pleasure of working with Daisy who is the absolute sweetest, most patient, doll of a human being.  She listened to everything I said and took great care in addressing my insecurities and introduced me to a completely different style of wedding dress that I never would have thought that I could pull off.  Nelly came in and helped towards the end and definitely made me feel confident and beautiful and all of my insecurities simply went away in that moment.  She knew that I had gone over my budget and waived my shipping fee for my dress (Who does that? Nelly, that's who) and even gave me a sweet gift afterward.  We were also able to purchase my bridesmaids dresses and Nelly picked out a beautiful style that would look amazing on all of my girls.  I truly cannot thank these wonderful ladies enough for helping me SAY YES TO THE DRESS! I am beyond excited and feel sexy and confident in a way that I never knew that I could.  They have a wonderful selection of gowns and everyone can find what they're looking for there.  Please make sure you make an appointment with these ladies because they will ease your mind and make your experience so incredibly pleasant and exciting. Nelly and her team are AMAZING! This was the first boutique that I had went to in search of the perfect wedding dress, and Jenny was so helpful and knowledgeable. Not once did I feel pressured to buy a dress. After going to other boutiques, I did find my perfect dress, but I didn't feel the same connection or sincerity that I felt at Nelly's Bridal Boutique. After talking with Nelly, I was able to order my dream dress from Nelly! This past Saturday, I brought my girls in to try on bridesmaids dresses, and Nelly, Ivon, and her team set up the most beautiful decor for our appointment! They definitely exceeded my expectations, and they were so helpful to all of my girls. Each of my girls found their dress and we placed the order with Nelly! I also ordered my veil. They have a great selection of wedding dresses and bridesmaids dresses to choose from, and the team is so great. They hear what styles and ideas you have and grab dresses that fit those ideas. They also grab dresses that you may not have thought you'd like just to see what you think of it once you try it on! I cannot talk highly enough of them. I definitely recommend checking them out!!
