AVIOD this company unless you are looking for a poor management, unbelievable attitude, arrogant customer service, and awful quality car rental place. If you are living a happy life but feel bored or would like to challenge yourself seeking to practice your emotional control then THIS IS THE right choice! Their average-below attitude and services can easily achieve your goal. As you see in the picture, they NEVER clean the car after the previous customer. They believe that customers should enjoy each others trashes, smells, and dirts. And As a customer who feel scammed by them, I would like to say best wishes to your creative Business idea. The money that I spent on unworthy services may help when the company couldnt operate anymore. Otherwise, I suggest begin to treat your customers the way they deserve soon.

Hello, I'm sorry because the New York store did have special circumstances to deal with that day, so I didn't have time to clean the vehicle properly. But it also promises to reimburse you for all the costs of cleaning your vehicle. The store in Los Angeles always has dedicated personnel cleaning vehicles.
