K&B referred me an HVAC contractor who installed a new heating unit. K&B did an amazing job replacing drywall, rebuilding the closed, fixing holes and painting walls and ceiling. When job was finished the place looked great as if nothing had happened in there.

Before I had my project started , I looked at three different contractors. I needed to remodel the interior and exterior of my house which was quite a big project. The kitchen, dining and bathroom needed to be replaced. I am so thankful and grateful to Yonis Hernandez and his team who did a fantastic job in completing the work. The materials they used was reasonably priced yet the quality was excellent. As far as timing, they completed the project earlier than expected. Last but not least, I was so pleased with the quality of that paint they used. They made sure to prep it well so that when the paint was applied, it came out so smoothly.
I highly recommend K&B Remodeling for all your project needs .

Remodeled a bathroom and had a great experience with K&B. We were looking for remodelers who wouldn't leave every detail to us, but would involve us in the important decisions.  Yonis helped us figure out the best way to use our space, without overriding anything we wanted. He had great suggestions and we ended up with better lighting and ventilation than we had even considered.  We only had one minor hiccup the whole time and he kept us updated so that we weren't sitting in limbo.   We had a great experience picking tile and counter materials ourselves, and he custom built a vanity to fit our space. As far as price, he was right in the middle of the quotes we solicited from 4 companies. The crews were clean and professional. There were no surprise charges and everything went exactly to contract. Overall, I highly recommend K&B.  The results are beautiful, we love our new bathroom!
