This is my family dentist and Ive been going here for as long as I can remember. Im 31 now.. so 20+ years? I dont know how its taken me this long to post a review but hey, I know my stuff here. Dr. Carracedo has always taken great care of my teeth and he never tries to push sales on my like some other dentists Ive seen over the years in between. He truly cares about my dental health and my teeth love him for it. His whole team is very kind and professional, and they really make you feel valued as a customer and even like family.

My children and I have been going here for over 10 years. I really enjoy the staff and have never had a problem. Dr. Carracedo and his team are a South City gem for sure.

The lady at reception is quite nice but the rest of the staff were rather rude. I had decent expectations, none of which were met.His dental practicing is barbaric and careless, I was very uncomfortable throughout the entire process. I found he and his assistants did more harm than good, blatantly sharing my medical information with everyone in the waiting room (his patients are not in private rooms, believe it or not; they all are in one small and cramped operating room with no doors and direct access to the lobby). The staff also seem to be quite prejudiced.It was until I was given anesthesia where I drew the line, They shot it straight, causing a burning sensation to run through my nose. They didn't even apologize when I was in clear pain. My entire face remained numb for hours. Will not return and would not recommend.
