I've never reviewed a dental practice as I've never had much good to say. I've always had a dislike and even fear of dentists from a horrible experience as a child. The staff at this office changed all of that! They are kind, patient, proficient and friendly. They go above and beyond working with you to schedule appointments and they seem to truly care about their patients.

I have provided my insurance information 2 weeks before my appointment in advance and have been asking specifically to let me know if anything is wrong with my insurance( you don't accept it for any reason and so on). During the visit, we sorted out that my insurance doesn't work and almost 50% I am supposed to pay from my pocket!!!
Holding decent insurance and paying such a huge amount from pocket ... Sound insane to me. It was total silence for 2 weeks... It sounds like a scam and attempt to fool myself as a customer.
Lady to show me the estimates tried to fool me into that it was almost normal practice ... and tried to push me to some financing options. Instead of telling me the truth and advising me to visit another office which is in-network for my dental plan, and trying to push me into some financial obligations. Sounds like a scam to me.
