Their service quality is really poor and unprofessional. Also theres harassment from the shop right after I left a Yelp review. When making an appointment, they countered my proposal of doing a massage at 12:30 to 12:15. We agreed on meeting at 12:15 this Saturday but then they asked me to book an appointment online again. I was confused, what was the point of scheduling an appointment via text and then asking customers to book appointments by themselves again online? What's even ridiculous is their website is very broken, there's no availability for any staff member at all in 2024 and I had to go back and forth via text to ask them how to book an appointment online. All empty slots screenshots attached to this review. By the time they finally fix their website, they told me that the 12:15 Sat slot was gone. I was like what we agreed on a time via text and then you asked me to book a time again on an unusable website. By the time you fixed it the slot was gone? There's no apologies at all for all these trouble. They are aware that I live very far away from south San Francisco and it's super inconvenient for me to stop by. But they don't feel sorry at all for any inconveniences they brought to customers and I'm shocked by their coldness and unprofessional attitude. Up till now I still couldn't find any availability for an appointment and they refuse to assist me manually. Whats even scary was that right after I left a review on Yelp, the shop owner Kelly called me twice at 8pm PST telling me that we should understand each other better without proposing anything to solve the difficulties I was facing. Its a bit harassing calling customers twice in a row at night just because they left an honest review on Yelp. Also up till now the owner didnt propose any solutions to the problems. Please avoid this spa places as much as you can
