My past experience with attorneys has generally been very frustrating. It has often been difficult to get a response. Even after several messages I have had long delays before getting a response. I have often felt that matters went on longer than necessary which resulted in higher costs and greater stress and frustration. Maggie Tillinghast has been a refreshing change. I have felt that a personal relationship has developed and that she has been extremely helpful in guiding me through a difficult legal matter which she was able to resolve fairly quickly via mediation that avoided any court costs and high attorney fees. She was tuned in to my stress level and recognized what matters were worth pursuing and what was better left alone. I highly recommend Maggie Tillinghast to anyone wishing to resolve a legal matter in ways that minimize costs, stress and prolonged cases.

We just left Margaret's office and we like her no bullshit attitude.  I like that she seems fair and have sense of morality.  We cannot wait to start this journey with her by our side.  It's the first time I've seen my fiancé feel confident and actually laugh at a lawyers office. He's been through two attorneys and both attorneys seemed to be interested in how much money they can come away with.
