        In a nutshell, great reception, very informative and they have a drop box. Service was quick, communication very good and the job was done right. One less star because the interior of my car was just a little off from when I left it. It was kind of disappointing. Other than that. Thanks Safelite! I hope I wont have another reason to bring my car back again.

        When the technicians came to fix my window they brought the incorrect part. I was told I would get a call to reschedule the appointment and it never came. I then called the shop and was treated rudely by the person I talked to. Over all bad experience. I wouldnt recommend this branch to anyone.

        Tech not train well, after replace my windshield all my push pins were missing and damaged, they did not replace new one just leave it. 2 hrs appt. took 2 and half to finish. Lucky windshield still in 1 pice.

        Im very upset with safelite, they cancelled my appointment not even 20 minutes before the appointment!!! Claiming they dont have my windshield yet, its been TWO WEEKS. I took the morning off so I can be home for them to come Do this now I have to take another morning off hoping and praying they actually show up this time! This experience is beyond disappointing so far. They didnt know they didnt have my windshield before 20 minutes of my appointment, this is ridiculous. 10/10 would not recommend.

        I arrived at the location with an older vehicle to get the windshield replaced. Upon arrival I was informed about how there is a potential risk that the car is rusted to a point in which it would need to go to a body shop before they can replace the windshield (based on nothing other than the age of the vehicle), but there is no way for them to know until removing the windshield and for them to proceed I would have to "accept the risk." It was extremely unprofessional and a complete waste of my time to drop this bomb on me after I spend an hour out of my day to drop the car off. I understand there is a risk of replacing an older windshield. However, Safelite is fully aware of the age of the vehicle when the appointment is made, and they should inform the customer of something like this ahead of time. As a result, I wasted 2 hours of my day and rest assured I will never patronize Safelite in the future.
