Exceptional Service by Cathy at the Front Desk!During my recent stay at this hotel, Cathy's warm and accommodating demeanor truly enhanced my experience. DO NOT STAY HERE. THEY PROMISE AN SFO SHUTTLE STARTING AT 5AM. That was the ONLY reason we stayed -- and the promise of parking our car there for a reasonable price (NOT FREE). There was NO DRIVER for the shuttle at 5am and we waited over 30 minutes while other travellers worried about missing flights and had to UBER to SFO. The Front Desk guy was nice but "his hands were tied". He gave us the manager's number and we called -- have left messages for the past 4 days and NOTHING. NO apologies, no offering to pay. We were charged for everything even though we took our car to SFO parking to get there on time. We were charged $75 since we couldn't set up online SFO parking discounts -- thinking we would have a shuttle. NOT OK.

The rooms window was broken so it was cold. It was extremely outdated. We didnt have body wash in our room. The shuttle is shared between four different hotels and its on a limited schedule. It doesnt run 24 hours, and you need to plan your departure to the minute. The only redeeming thing was the hot breakfast. It was okay. I would reccomend other spots. Not worth it.
