Priscila has been my Farmers renter's insurance agent for a couple of years and I've been very happy with her service. Not only that, during the start of covid-19 she reached out and offer to help picking up groceries or medicines if needed which shows that she cares about her clients and community and I would recommend her anytime.

I will not patronize any business that leaflets parked cars en masse. Many of my coworkers came out to their cars to find the employee parking garage littered with your business flyers.

I was very unhappy with my previous homeowner’s insurance and was not getting any help from company staff, when I met Priscila. She reviewed my policy and was able to explain how my current policy could be improved while simultaneously listening to my concerns.
Priscilla knows her products well, and really took the time to explain the insurance products she offers and to make sure that we were getting the best coverage possible for our home. I can’t tell you how important that is, especially living in California where wild fires are becoming a norm!
Priscila is a great person and very caring about her clients. She is also an agent that I can depend on because she’s actually available for her clients if there are any questions. She really has your best interest in mind and keeps you up to date on the latest products or changes that can benefit you as a customer.
