2 stars only for the variety and quality . Their prices have gone through the roof! I mean it was semi insulting. We had a great experience here 3 years ago and filled our car with some good buys, this time we were the only ones there (Friday June 2023) and I guess the one guy that was keeping an eye on us from afar was too busy doing that to come over and say hi. This stuff is made in house from cement so I'm not sure why they feel a 30% increase in pice is needed. We were really disappointed and won't be back. They have 2 other major competitors in the bay area not far, just do a Google search, still fairly priced too!

AWFUL customer service that's only gotten worse over time.  Do yourself a favor and go ANYWHERE but this place to buy or service your fountain otherwise you'll be sorry.

We did a complete backyard remodel and I am so thankful we purchased our 3 fountains and 4 planters from Giannini. All the fountains are so beautiful that it is hard to choose a favorite. I've always loved fountains but honestly I didn't realize what a wonderful impact they would have on my life. I absolutely love looking at and spending time in our yard because of the fountains. If you have room I would highly recommend having more than one. Our backyard is so beautiful but it's the fountains that truly bring it to life.  I never imagine that I would have this much bird action in my yard. In the morning our yard is as busy as SFO!!! The customer service from Giannini was great from the moment we walked into the showroom. Alessandro is a rockstar and now a friend! We went there one a very cold windy late Saturday afternoon and Alessandro spent 3 hours helping us decide which fountains were best for our space. He was patient, helpful and honest. Never once pressured us into anything. We changed and added to our order numerous times and he was always so understanding and helpful. Honestly, it was definitely some of the best customer service I have ever received. We had Yonny for our install and he is an absolute gem. He is a craftsman and knows exactly what he is doing. He treats the job as if it is his own backyard and settles for nothing less then perfect. We will be having Giannini back every 6 months for maintenance so are fountains stay this beautiful for years to come.Thank you Giannini for bringing so much beauty and joy into our lives.
