Nobody ever wants to hire a remediation contractor. But, when you need to, I recommend Lyon Restoration. Their team of clean, courteous, and efficient specialists arrived when they said they would; had all the equipment, tools, and supplies they needed; and quickly rescued as many of our things as they could. By the time they left on day 1 the water was gone, our things were boxed and moved out of the flood zone, and the drying out process was underway. What I appreciated the most was their willingness to explain what and why they were doing each step of the process. I hope you never need Lyon but if you ever do, they are the folks to call! My insurance company sent these guys after my water damage on the wall and ceiling.
They were very professional and hard working people.
They obviously know what to do.
It is hard time to go through the water damage in your own house but they really did good job. Especially I would like to thank to Juan and Robbie who are helping me out for this hard time.
