Don't like that reviews can't be seen re units. Very convenient for company. been in two different vacation rentals. Both definitely needed TLC but locations convenient. 5 Joaquin place is a strange layout with a loft upstairs above living room and kitchen so not convenient for guests sleeping there and can't really use main room to socialize if guests sleeping above.

I've rented many houses through Oceanic over the years and used to recommend them, but I'm done renting from them. The last few times I've tried, they've been very uncommunicative and uninterested in helping me. It's not that hard to send a one-sentence email to communicate with a customer. I'll switch to Airbnb or similar services.

My family and I were hoping to book a home for a 4 nights, to spend time together in a beautiful place, memorializing my mother who died this month. I reached out to Jose about a property and he said the owner of the property only wanted a week long stay and would not be flexible. When I asked about other properties that Jose sent us, he said they would not be flexible as well. The rental policy posted on their website says a one week minimum is required June through September and on holidays. Two night minimum for all other reservations. There is something about one week minimum during Covid, but Covid restrictions have been lifted and I was asking for a time in early next year. I suspect people who have had a good experience with the realtor or company did so because they were happy to put down a chunk of cash with little else needed.
NOTE: I was trying to reserve the first week of April 2022.

The owner Sarah is so nice! I disagree with all the bad reviews and would advise them to consider the agent's stress full lives. I would totally rent from them again! Much better from all the other real estate offices in town. Oceanic Realty is as good as it gets!

This was my first experience with Oceanic Realty and I could not be more impressed. Beau was a delight to work with, friendly, helpful, and quick to answer all my questions. The level of customer service went beyond anything I ever imagined and I will definitely use Oceanic Realty again.
