The ladies in this bank must be totally scared to engage with the public.  Worst customer service ever. I went there to open up a checking account for one of my businesses and had to wait 5 minutes for someone to open the door. I was the first person in line and stood there for 10 minutes before I was told someone would be with me shortly.  Within the next 5 minutes, there were a total of 4 people in line and finally, a lady came out from the back only to acknowledge the person standing two people behind me; asking him did he need assistance?.  When he responded "no"..she returned  to the back office without acknowledging me or anyone else. I realize if this is how you define customer service, I'd rather bank elsewhere

The Weber branch has great employee's that work their.  They greet all their customers by name and always go above and beyound.
