I had previously used Delta Bay a few years back (just needed an inspection) and the service was hecka slow, but they've come under new management and now it's SOOO much better! This time when I called for a leaking roof I got set up w/ an appointment the next day.
Definitely recommend them the next time you need work done! Service: Roof repair

When it finally rained, the roof leaked BADLY. Delta Bay would not return my calls. $9,000.00 I had paid them and they wouldn't return my calls. I had to pay someone else to repair it. Dirty bad.

Had an appointment and they never showed. Called them to find out why and they were going to find out and call us back. Still waiting and its been 3 weeks save your time and call someone else

Very very bad service. Had my dry rods on roof replaced and was told they would come back to put the tiles back when I get it to replace the bad tiles. It has been 3 weeks now and called them more than 10 times. I was told they would be here last Friday which was 5 days ago and still have not come to get the job done. It rained this past weekend and now the water will get in again. STAY AWAY FROM THIS CONSTRUCTOR. LOOKING FROM THE SERVICE THEY GAVE I HAVE DOUBT NOW AT THEIR WORK.
