Midstate Containers

Not sure what happened in the year since this company received its last 5-star review. But our experience with them was an absolute joke. We ordered a shipping container in May to be delivered to our home. They scheduled no fewer than SIX promised delivery dates, only to cancel each one last minute, providing one weak excuse after the other. (I can only assume they never had the container in stock and kept hoping they would be able to get us one, but were never able to.) We finally cancelled the order last week and received a refund. Please keep this in mind if you are considering doing business with this company. They are clearly having issues with their ability to provide the service they claim to offer.

Great customer service. The process of purchasing was quick and painless, took about a week from placing my order to having the container dropped off. Delivery driver was polite and set the container down exactly where I wanted it. They sent me the photos of the container prior and it arrived in great shape (for a used container). Highly recommended.

We used mid state on a commercial project in Fresno, CA. They were very responsive to our needs. We needed them to pick up a container quickly and they went out of there way to be there early the next morning. Great customer service.
