        We hired Retes Mechanical to install a new heater and air-conditioner system last year.  To this date, the air-conditioner is not working properly.  After numerous calls, texts and emails, Pablo Retes would reluctantly get back to us.  His excuse is always that he installed everything according to specifications.  BUT THE SYSTEM DOESN'T WORK!  82 degrees inside the house during the summer isn't satisfactory!  We paid for and expected a top notch system.  He insisted the unit was the right size for our house.  Now he says it will need a second unit for the upstairs!  And that will be another $6,000!!!  This after he claimed, "I just don't know what to do with your house."  He now refuses to work with us to fix the problem.  We are out $15,000 and sitting in an 82 degree house.
