It's disappointing that the lady did not let me in without a 20. 00 tip. Tips are at discretion of customer. Absolutely ridiculous. I would like to follow up either better business bureau.

I have had a good experience in the past. My last visit however was nothing short of strange. I do not recommend this location under current management.

I call at 8:30pm to see if an appointment was needed for a 1 hour massage at 9pm. They said no come on in. Sent my husband in, they charged him upfront for the massage and made him tip them $20. He fell asleep after 20 minutes and they woke him up and asked him to leave since he was sleeping. Massages are supposed to be relaxing. Most people fall asleep. Absolutely ridiculous! And to expect a tip before they even preformed the service. I do not recommend the place at all. Rip-off scam artist! When he came home after only a half hour I called and asked for a manager to call me Back and requested full refund.
