Always a weird vibe here, 0 customer service. February 15th I popped in to look at helmets and was having a normal visit and I was greeted by a young Hispanic male and he started off with telling me to trade in my bike for one of their Kawasaki Vulcans jokingly and I just got my bike from somewhere else because I've never appreciated this places lack of customer service. Anyways Im there looking at helmets and they have literally no large sized helmets... apparently there was one last helmet to look at, at the counter. It was an American flag LS2 full carbon fiber helmet and I was mocked about being in the military by this same young man in which he said I quote "this helmet would be good for when your on base (insert terrible salute) I'm Proud to be an American" and I was highly disappointed by this so I mentioned the fact that I just got home from deployment in January and the disrespect continued. Buddy obviously didn't get the memo and I will not be returning to this store again. Like I said in the beginning, always a really strange vibe but now I have a real reason to not return. And to think I was going to buy a bike here less than a month ago. (Which I decided not to because the salesman made me feel like I was inconveniencing him.) He had another customer wrapping up a deal and he actually went as far as to say "I'm going to help this customer because they're actually buying something." I'm never short of amazed by this place. Salesman gave me his card his Name is "Bailey Cook" so if you're their shopping and not "buying" don't come here. Good Luck everyone and enjoy!

Dropped of my quad for oil change and bearing replacement. I get a call back a month later with a $2700 estimate. wtf? They did no work. Then I go to pick it up and I had to come back in two day so they can put it back together. It's been over a month. So then I come back in two days and they closed early for no reason. So then I come back in three more days because they're closed Sunday and Monday and they gave it back to me with a completely dead battery. So I charge the battery and it does not take a charge. They let my $400 lithium battery sit drained for over a month and won't pay for it. Not to mention they have the worst customer service and only care about getting a sale. Probably because they make no profit because of their poor customer service. For some reason this place thinks that they are the best place in the world and they smell like roses. Sorry guys you stink like the opposite of roses. Whoever owns Stockton Powersports must be a loser for the way he lets his company run. This is my first time on yelp and I never give bad reviews and don't believe in it. That is how bad your company sucks. And I had to pay them $150 for this. Nothing
