It is challenging to reach someone in the office, and when phone calls are finally answered, there is often a noticeable negative attitude.

I have been seeking a consult for an issue for awhile now. Mark, while he could have taken the case, advised me on best course of action and details on why it's the best. It wasn't what one might think, he advised me to save my money and go another route which will work well with my type of issue.
