Public Storage

Moving sucks, we all know that. But Brad at Public Storage is very skilled and so helpful at making things go smoothly for the storage part. And the facility itself is super clean and surprisingly easy to navigate. Its a monolith of a building from the outside, but very accessible for vehicles and unloading (I guess loading, too). The doors, corridors, and elevators are wide and plenty of space to load the unit. I feel that my items are safe and secure here.

Brad and Matt are amazing! Professional, helpful, kind and they make the customer feel welcome. I feel secure having my storage with them.

Signing a lease was easy online, but they hide the fact that the price you sign on for will only last a month or 2. They up their rent on a monthly basis. I got a unit for $150 and its suddenly up to $199 with no notice. EDIT: office reached out and fixed the rent increase. I appreciate it!

UPDATE! Once again I'm super glad i chose this place when looking for storage years ago. I'm updating the previous post because I needed to move units in the same building and it could not of been easier! Talk to MATT if you drop in. He's great! He was super helpful and made it a breeze... took 5 minutes Great experience. Clean building and security. Matt was super helpful and took care of everything I needed
