It's okay I guess i like it,they have a local playground in each section or apartment but they barley open the playground when we should be having fun in there and not be playing near the little houses but still its nice,there festivals are cool and yeah, but be careful for any mold or bugs,Ann

Love living here the manager honestly do there job!!! People get mad over things that is there own fault. Maria super friendly always going above and beyond just like Martha. Yesterday there was a car blocking In the Red lane which is a hazard. Blocking cars from coming in. People who do that de verdad no piensan. Blocking cars seriously? Go look for parking stop being lazy. The whole night cars honking. I was getting home from work when i almost hit the car. I let management know and they handled it properly. People who dont like living here get mad because Managers are actually Managing.

If youre looking for a mold and bed bug infested apartment in the sun valley area then Sheldon Village is the place. They do nothing but clean with clorox that does not help at all they dont kill the root of the problem and forget about getting anything with Martha as your manager. She arrogant, irresponsible and impolite. She charges for parking across the street pretty sure she keeps the money for herself because she gives you a key that doesn't even open the lock and blames The security for it even tho she is the one that collects the money. Shes and her prodigy assistant because shes a younger version of her exactly the same arrogant attitude do nothing to help. Living at sheldon is the worst thing you can do. If you can stay away do it! It might be less expensive but youll end up paying alot for it! If you have kids dont live here its not a kid friendly place they dont let kids play with balls or let them run around pictures of the mold are provided!
