      image I am coming up on my year lease. They say they are affordable housing and yet my rent is higher than average for the area and well above the median income. My rent increase is $137 a month. They are attempting to lock me into another after telling me I'd be month to month. They are also attempting to make me pay that rent increase one month earlier than my lease ends. Stay away from this place. It is not affordable housing and you'll pay higher rent.
      Look at the date of the reviews. The good ones are from years ago. The bad ones have been gaining strength in the present.
