Robert at Spa Source was an exceptional customer relations representative. I've worked with him for a few weeks to buy chairs for a wellness clinic. He was informative, consistent and patient. Robert went above and beyond to answer all of my MANY questions and worked with each department to ensure I was provided what I needed throughout the entire experience. I will DEFINITELY be using them as a continued vendor for our clinics! Thank you to Spa Source and Robert for an outstanding experience.

Spoke via chat feature with an agent 4 weeks ago now, who helped me place an order for two chairs and stools. I advised him that I needed delivery the week of Feb 26. Needless to say, this did not happen. I am still awaiting delivery on March 11, with a third party service, who has been completely non-communicative. I received an email regarding them being out for delivery today (no phone call to set anything up, as promised). I called promptly to inform them I would not be in the office until the afternoon to receive the shipment. I sat around waiting from 1-4:30pm until I finally called them to see when they would be coming - and was informed that they attempted delivery this morning, after I called expressly to tell them I would not be in the office until 1pm. Completely unprofessional. I do not have any idea when the chairs will arrive, as no one seems to be able to communicate. SpaSource of course is not a help in the matter. Why they couldn't arrange delivery the week I specified is beyond me.
