We spent the whole day enrolling one of my grandkids a month went by and nothing i called to find out what was going on with the application their answer was they will call us back, my daughter called they said the same thing. i think this was back in october 2021 we are still waiting for their phone call. They just seem to not care. I remember the young lady saying there was one space available they might let us have it. that was a joke It is January 2022 and no phone call not even to say you dont qualify or no space available. Last I've heard from my daughter that the lady that is in charge of the place left to have a baby Im guessing the she the only person capable of running this place? poor very poor service. how do these people get to work in these places??

I worked as a Substitute here in the year 2012. The lead teacher overworked me. She was bossy and rude. I believe the recent review regarding the unorganization of the center. I substituted more than 10 times. I am very Hardworking but the lead teacher was the cause of me quitting. She made it a point to treat me in such an undignified manner. I am not sure if the same teacher still remains here but it was a horrific place to Substitute.

Daughter has is enrolled in school here for 2nd year. Last year we loved it. Teachers communicated and notified us of important events coming up, this year everything seems like it's a primarily spanished based school. Orientation was in Spanish, translation was provided to English speakers! And the woman clearly didnt translate it all. All fliers and panflits have been in primarily SPANISH. Even gave out booklet stories my daughter wanted me to read, that was ONLY in Spanish! Asked for English copy and they didnt have!!!! Extremely frustrating! Can tell the teachers this year dont have the patience or ability to communicate. Teachers last year did. Was promised my daughter would be in a class with at least one or 2 of our language speakers, and a teacher who spoke also, that didn't happen. Completely disorganized!!! They had a day off on Friday for FREE DAY, was never notified and it wasnt on board cuz I checked it day before. They had it in small writing on the door but with so much going on on the door it was easily missed. When I notified teacher she had nerve to tell me it was told to parents who were in line.... no more than 5 or 6 parents at MOST are ever in line in morning, which is not all parents, so that makes no sense. Also, if u require students to be there at 8:30 on the dot, I recommend allowing parents to come up to 5 mins early to avoid an unnecessary line!!! They allow pickup 5 mins early and guess what? No more than 1 or 2 parents ahead in line ever! Better system. I have 2 toddlers, single caretaker 99% of the time... it is inconvenient and makes no sense to me to stand in line when I can come a few mins later and just miss the line or only stand behind 1 person. How about they do stamp cards! Parents writting they come 8:30 when they dont, and 2:30 when they dont, every day? They tell us to write correct time but they let others do what they want and I get talked to for 5 mins later sign in. That's crazy to me! It promotes lying! I mentioned a lot but my major issue is the primarily Spanish in an English based school. If you arent teaching Spanish, I find it to be wrong and makes my child feel very left out and unwanted. As a parent I can't help but be defensive of things that hurt my child.
