Terrible service. They charged me after they couldn't even accomplish what I had paid for them to do. When I called them back after they left to complain about this issue, they calmly apologized and said they would issue me a refund. However, rather than give me a refund, they blocked my cell number and have yet to give me the refund, avoiding contact with me to refuse accountability for their mistake.

What a great company to deal with! Most companies say they want you to be happy no matter what and then don't stand up to that statement, not TEAM ROOTER!! Israel and Kevin went above and beyond to make sure we were happy in the final outcome of our projects. While there were a couple hiccups along the way, these guys did everything asked for and more to resolve our situation and we could not be happier. In the end, they wanted us to be happy with their service no matter what and I truly believe that was their ultimate goal. The extra care, concern and attention goes a long way with us and we are huge fans! Israel and Kevin, you guys truly rocked it. For any and all of your plumbing needs, please call these fine folks, you will be so happy you did!
