I spoke to Tony on the phone I had a problem with the water heater and my kitchen sink was overflowing so we were not able to use. I purchased a 1927 House in West LA that had original plumbing (90+ years old) so it obviously needed work. Panda Rooter did an incredible job both with the plumbing underneath the house and with the city sewer connection. The city sewer connection was a major job that required city permits, excavation, and many trips out to the house. Tony was the technician who oversaw the project and honestly he couldn't have been more of a professional and a great guy. I'm extremely happy with the process and end result.
