      Hi Bash, we will reach out to you to address your concern. We did not bill you, your visit was 100% covered by your insurance but since your insurance plan issues a check payment to you instead of sending it to our office, we bill you for it. Please note that we are out of network with your insurance but that does not mean we do not accept it. We hope to provide you a better understanding about how your insurance makes the process complicated which prevents our office from providing the type of experience that we provide to all patients. Since we went out of network in July 2023, we have no issues with your insurance procesing our claims. We do inform our patients about how out of network benefits work and perhaps we can improve in our communication. We are in network with all other insurances and they all pay us directly. Thank you.
