I've been using the services of The Realtors Concierge for a while now and I'm very satisfied with the partnership so far. They are very knowledgeable about the real estate transaction related forms, deadlines, processes and systems. To me, their biggest advantage is that they are available round-the-clock, 7 days a week. They are available on email, call and text. For a realtor and an investor like myself, who works all the time, it is very critical to be able to get things moving all the time. And hence, I feel we form a good team together. "I started working with "The Realtor's concierge" about a year ago. I've been using their transaction coordination and social media management services and couldn't be happier. Prior to bringing The Realtor's Concierge on board, I had handled the transaction coordination on my own, but from the point, I started availing their services, my transactions are handled on timely basis, and the social media content is also well researched, diversified, and personalized. They share the posts as per the agreed calendar and I just need to say 'Yes', and they post on all the social media channels. It has helped me increase my reach and visibility. The operations team is super responsive and is available 24/7, no matter if it's Midnight or early in the morning. On top of this, they go above and beyond to help me if I am stuck somewhere or feel the time crunch. They have helped me prepare my AVID, counter-offer, CMAs, etc., which is generally outside their scope of work. The team is also well-versed in the complete documentation and coordination of real estate transactions and never misses follow-ups for critical deadlines. I've been working with Jatin and The Realtor's Concierge team for almost a year, using their Social Media marketing expertise to visualize and create social postings for my Facebook and Instagram pages, as well as on my LinkedIn page. The Team has also assembled a number of other creatives for me, so as to promote my Open Houses ( of which Thankfully there have been quite a few in the last few months ). The Team provides me with design options to review using photos and copy ideas from our MLS, so that I do not have to get involved with design or with descriptions. They capably figure it out and present me with options. I've also used their VA team to produce data for my clients to help both Buyer & Seller clients decide on pricing. I briefly taught the Team how to use software that i recommended, while they took my constructive suggestions to heart and improved the results very much to my liking. Beneficially, the team really is available 24/7 if the need arises, so that brings a good deal of peace of mind. From a value standpoint, the Team has shown that they are genuinely interested in helping, rather than mentioning that something is not part of the services I purchased. Finally the Team makes suggestions as to what promotional strategy might be good, or not so worthwhile, and what tasks / next steps I should perhaps consider to improve my own real estate business outcomes. I use The Realtors Concierge for my transactions. They are extremely prompt, professional and their services is par excellence. I will continue to use them in the future and I highly recommend them. They make paper work and everything around a transaction extremely easy. Their turn around time for any request is 3 to 5 minutes.
