Bank of America needs to work on it. They need to be more accessible

Terrible service. They still have one to two ATMs and a line of 14 people. Very slow service. They must have at least 2 cashiers. Better to go to another bank and as always the Hispanic never complains. Some leave due to lack of staff, sad that their service to the community has not improved. It's a shame to come again.

I dont normally write reviews but I felt compelled to write this one. One of their drive through atm machines wouldnt give back my card. I went inside hoping to get a new one and the clerk KARINA told me to just call the number on the ATM to get issued a new card. I take a picture of the number and call when it when I arrive at my next destination. The atms automated service specifically says to contact whichever bank issued the card to get a new one. I drive back to the bank and of course get KARINA again. Now this time she knows exactly how to help me all of the sudden. When I ask why she couldnt help me the first time she gets very defensive and says I was rude the first time. I WASNT. So employees can decide which customers to help and which to not depending on how they feel? Why do I have to drive back to get help? The floor supervisor was also very unhelpful and being sarcastic with his replies. At this branch it feels like the customer is always wrong. Dont waste your time here just go to another branch. Hopefully they close it soon.
