Worst experience yet. there is light maintenance installed in the parking that is invading my privacy. I have spoken to the manager twice already she has ensure both times they were going to take care of the problem. Here we are 3 weeks later that problem yet to be fixed. the light is coming straight to my living and dining invading most of my privacy in the apartment. I have address it to the manager Multiple times it looks like they just don't care at this point Refusing to fixed the mistake.

I been living in this building for at least 15 years and I seen this place is getting worth day by day since we get the new management anyone can park in my space and of course there is nobody here to help me up when someone take my space after 5 pm and, I have to park my car far away many times and I'm so tired about it

Everyone in the building is relax and Pet friendly. Laundry room uses coins & app to operate(it's convenient). I like my apartment, pool and parking. The building is well maintained, staff is friendly. It's a family friendly place, just wish the pet owners would pick up the leavings there pets leave. Parking can be hard to find, but that's just an Inconvenience. It's close to alot.

Slumlord apartment flippers. Jacked up the prices and didn't even add AC or laundry machine.

The complex and neighborhood itself isnt bad, but the only thing I ABSOLUTELY HATE that I wish the complex would take more seriously is the fact that the residents allow their animals to defecate EVERYWHERE and they dont pick up after their pets. Its purely disgusting. Even in the courtyard where the kids play in the grass, animal defecation is all over the place. Thats a health and environmental concern at the same time. Oh yea, good luck finding parking.
