        It was great living there. Lisa was always fast to respond to any questions or problems. Everyone is very friendly and moving in and out was a very smooth process. The apartment was also very nice compared to many others I had toured for a similar price. I would recommend it to others!

        Maintenance is always on time when needed, building is kept up and clean. The management always decorates for holidays! The best garden on the street!

        I've been a resident at The Newporter for almost 3 years now and it is such a great place to live. The building is really well kept and maintained, the property manager Lisa is always so helpful and helps the building feel like home by decorating the halls for every holiday. You can tell this building and the tenants in it are cared about by Carlo Inc. and it constantly shows.
