First and foremost, I must commend Iisha, our esteemed Property Manager, for her exceptional professionalism and dedication throughout the application process. From the initial tours to accommodating my requests for additional visits, Iisha ensured that every aspect was handled with meticulous attention to detail. Her patience, thoroughness, and willingness to go above and beyond truly made the experience seamless and enjoyable. Moreover, I am thoroughly impressed with the overall quality of our property. The cleanliness, tranquility, and sense of community here at Residences at Village Walk are truly commendable. I didn't have a tour but I was scheduled to have one. It was a very rushed and seemingly unorganized set up. The manager or whoever helped me missed my morning call to confirm my appointment and then proceeded to send videos of an apartment I didn't even request. I was open to seeing it, but the entire process left a bad taste in my mouth. The reviews I see online I guess are indeed true, but I wanted to give you all a chance with my own experience. Good luck with your management training. I'm sure it'll be a big help for tenants and prospective ones as well. Cheers!

Called to get some information regarding the penthouse, by far its the worst customer service/representative I ever dealt with, absolutely rudely and not professional, cant imagine what is to live there have an issue and ask for help, for this price you expect to get top quality customer service. I hang up the phone on her face. Disgusting.
