I called Rick on a Sunday for a broken washing machine. He responded so quickly and was out the next day. He was early for the appointment (wow) and was quick to complete the job. I sent him a photo of the washing machine and told him the problem, so he already had the part ready to go. He was very professional, explained everything in detail, offered great advice on how to maintain the machine and was reasonably priced. I would definitely reach out to him again and would recommend him to my family and friends. So happy I found him...what a gem!

Trouble with my dryer. Called Rick who came promptly and diagnosed problem, fixed perfectly at a very fair price. Honest, knowledgeable pleasant guy. Highly recommend!

Rick is very professional with fair prices and a ton of knowledge about different appliances. He gives honest feedback that has saved us a lot of money in some cases (for example, telling us not to spend the money with him to repair things that are just going to be diminishing returns). Highly recommend.
