I've never ordered a maid service before because I am a tidy person but I needed a deep clean so I tried Shine and Clean Services based on their good reviews. The maid was early and I wasn't home, she waited in the lobby for 20 minutes! ( I thought she would have left by the time I showed up). She was super nice and very accommodating. My place needed a mop, vacuum and windows cleaned. As I was getting ready to head out, I noticed her emptying out my fridge. When I got back from running errands, I was expecting her to be gone but she was still cleaning. She spent 4 hours cleaning my 800 square foot apartment and it was sparkling! Not only was the mopping, vacuuming and windows done, she deep cleaned my refrigerator, folded my clothes that were in my hamper and even sweeped my balcony. I didn't know my place could be that much cleaner. I was extremely impressed with their punctuality, work ethic and the time they took to complete the job. They did such a great job that I will use them on the regular.
