I got a quote from jack for 6,600$ for concrete on the back corner of my yard . We planned it 2 months in advance very professional came out wrote a contract I appreciated . I never fought the price because it was a great deal! He said Cuba was his main guy that will come out and get it done . It took me 2 months to get these days off ! Cuba came out .. spent 20 mins trying to convince me to do pavers and showing me pictures I told him no thank you over and over . Very determined till I asked is it the same price he said no its more then I said no thank u again lets do the concrete . Then he was trying to tell me it needs a drain .. I asked is it more or is that within my estimate? He said more I told him I will call jack. After 8:30-10am several angry phone calls to jack Jack was able to do it without extra charge He tried to tell me 750$ more for a drain thats a pvc pipe . I told him no that was not in the contract and I was never told of possible extra charges . Cuba was very disrespectful as jack and I were trying to get it sorted out I asked for Cuba to call jack per his request and Cuba looked at me gave me this snarky smile and resumed working did not stop to call jack . I was even more mad of the lack of respect . I had to go out and tell Cuba stop working until u talk to jack. Then he called him. The lack of honesty and respect do not go with them! Called to get a quote on pavers for our backyard. They cancelled and rescheduled three different times, not a big deal I totally understand they are super busy. When Iris called to confirm the appointment a week and half later I thanked her for confirming but we choose a different contractor. She hung up on me before I was done talking. Very rude and unprofessional. Service: Landscaping
