My experience at this facility was pretty bad. It was very much a headache. From my initial appointment, which was months before I started my IVF process, there was NO point of contact from them to me. I was told that someone from financial would be giving me a call, I called multiple times to find out what my wife and I would be looking at cost wise- and I got the same response every time (that someone would be calling me). Fast forward, a few months later- Im ready to begin- did everything that they actually asked me to do, all legal documents, all testing done. My wife and I are walking in blindly, because we still have yet to speak to anyone about what the cost of ANYTHING would be. We got there for our first appt, to get started and everyones acting like they dont understand why no one has reached out yet. When we finally got in to speak with someone from financial, we were told that we had just slipped through the cracks. Felt very scammy. Every single visit, we were surprised with more fees. After being told that there were packages. Theyre extremely money hungry, and dont actually seem to care about their patients. All of my visits were rushed! And every appointment, the nurses acted as if I was supposed to know what was supposed to happen next! NOTHING was broke down and explained to us! It was so exhausting, on top of an already exhausting and draining process! Any time my wife or I would ask anything, theyd look at us and pause, as if we worked there.like a you dont know? Look! The ONLY thing that was actually explained to us in full was how to administer medication! The entire process, from day 1 as a whole was never explained! They mixed things up, and had to do a frozen transfer when we wanted a fresh because there was no clear communication. They try to make you feel weird if you dont want to do certain testing, which costs thousands more than the thousands on thousands that youre already paying.it was just a terrible experience. Im so glad that I found another place, theyre caring and thorough. And my visits never feel rushed, I never feel like Im getting on their nerves by asking questions.

it seems like they only care about money. I was wrongfully recommended to start a cycle that failed just to end up paying over $1000 for medications and $550 for 2 5 minutes office visits.

I had a wonderful experience. The staff is kind, helpful, and easy to get ahold of. Dr. Tolou is knowledgeable and so sweet. She even gave me an impromptu, quick ultrasound because she saw I was anxious at my intralipid IV appointment. Shes just the best. Bittersweet that I left them after 8 weeks! Now Im 15 weeks and thankful to God for doctors and staff like them.

We are absolutely so grateful for Dr. Vermesh and his team. He helped us complete our family. We had two successful IVF transfers with him. He was always so caring and has great bedside manner. Also Zenia thank you so much for always being available for all my questions and concerns. We wouldnt recommend anyone else.
