Staybridge Suites Temecula - Wine Country, an IHG Hotel

I would give zero if I could!!!! My friend looked at the room and had to leave. She said the room and refrigerator was dirty also the blinds were riped off the wall. The ac unit was super loud and sounded broken. It took her like 30 min to get a refund. Unacceptable!!! I do not know how this hotel is open in Temecula. Not good!

Upon arrival, ALL common floors throughout the entire place INCLUDING elevators are disgusting. So much to where they smell. I get to my room to discover a very disrespectful musty smell coming from both the carpet and the fact the room hasnt been cleaned properly. The shower curtain was supposed to be white but had orange stains at the bottom Inste as of changing a $20 curtain they just choose to keep it and tuck it in the wall hanger. I refused to bring in my luggage because um gross, stayed out all day and left early the next morning. If you are accustomed to cleanliness Id look elsewhere. Its off putting to pay over $100 for a room and see not ONE maid.

So I am staying here for work, this place does have a lot of good things. It is very new and in good shape. Just a lot of small things that add up to not give them that good at rating. 1. Stay bridges has cooking inside the room but very limited on utensils. I had to go by my own tongs can opener bottle opener things like that?. 2. Stay bridges used to be known for their managers reception during the week. Unfortunately, this place may be a night instead of some decent appetizers. They have mashed potatoes. You can put some cheese and bacon bits on it. Very disappointed for what I'm used to for Staybridge 3. During the week breakfast starts at 6:30 but that is only if they get everything out. There are times at 6:45. There's no coffee or the coffee is already run out. Or the coffee taste really old if there is any 4. They have a nice sitting area fire pit, but seems to be a lot of homeless that come hang out asking for cigarettes and beer or money. Most of the staff does seem really nice, especially Jackie . The place is clean. Like I said earlier, it is a very new facility. They do have outdoor grilling gazebo area. May not be the cleanest but it's a nice area to hang out. Just need to fix some small things here.
