I messaged Emily prior to Christmas to get a gift certificate for my daughter. She was extremely professional and personable and made the whole Christmas present a winner! My daughter has since had her first brow session and the work is superb. If youre on the fence about your brows and who you would trust, I definitely recommend Emily. My daughter came home from her appt ecstatic to have brows that looked so natural. She exclaimed that Emily made the whole session easy and was great about calming her nerves. As an added plus, you are given detailed instructions for post care with a goodie bag that has everything you will need to keep your brows looking amazing and get through the healing process. I cant compliment or recommend her more.

I will just start by saying if youre anything like me, your eyebrows are one of your biggest insecurities. They always have been for me, light blonde, patchy and completely different shapes. It made it miserable to try and fill them in everyday and was time consuming. It took me over a year of researching different artists before I finally committed. I reached out to Emily through instagram multiple different times over many months with all new questions. She remained professional and answered every single one, even when I never booked. Flash forward I booked my appointment and it went flawlessly. I will admit I was nervous but she made it so easy! She measured and shaped, put lines and gave me a mirror to make sure I liked it. She walked me through the entire process of everything she was doing and made sure I was comfortable. Almost 3 years later Im finally booking my annual touch up because thats how long my brows have lasted. I followed her aftercare and daily care to the T and my results have been phenomenal! If youre looking to make the plunge, Emily is your girl!

Beware of "booking fees" I went to Emily back in December 2020/ January 2021. Her salon was clean, she was very organized and explained the whole process very well. As I was getting my brows done, however, I felt like my eyeballs were going to burst. She pressed on them super hard with her hand as she was doing them. I thought it was normal since she does this for a living so I didn't say a word. When she was done, my eyes were sore, I thought my eyebrows were really nice the color was just a little too reddish for my liking, but I thought she knew best and overall I was happy. Then about a year and a half later, I had to book my annual. I paid $100 "booking fee". About a week before my appt I took a pregnancy test and it was positive. I was so happy, I texted her to let her know and she said it's ok no problem we'll reschedule. Sadly, I had a miscarriage a few weeks after that. A few months later I finally felt better, and I reached out to Emily to set up an appt. She requested another $100. I didn't realize that her "booking" fee was non-transferable even for circumstances out of my control - like being pregnant. I am aware that she has it plastered all over her website now that there are no exceptions. But still, Its the principle of the thing that bothers me and I was also extra sensitive because I had just had a miscarriage. Anyway, I ended up getting pregnant again around the time I would have re-booked the annual so I was thankful I didn't send her another booking fee or she would've pocketed another $100 for nothing when she could easily fill your spot with a single insta story. Well, I just got my brows done by another artist and I'm happy I did. I didn't feel like my eyeballs were going to burst, and their rescheduling policy is much more reasonable. As a mom of four, life happens and sometimes I have to reschedule. If you might have to reschedule because of something life might throw at you - I'd find someone else.

I have been going to Emily for eyebrows since 2020. If you want someone who will enhance your beauty & is truly amazing an artist please book with her ASAP. I dont trust anyone with my face but Emily knows what she is doing, a true profesional. I wake up feeling confident & happy that my eyebrows look crisp, clean & match.
